The Christian and Missionary Alliance (CMA) has a rich heritage of welcoming like-minded pastoral candidates into the CMA family. Many CMA pastors joined the Alliance; coming from other denominations and organizations of like-precious faith.

To support their transition to ministry with the CMA, all persons seeking placement in vocational ministry must complete an accreditation application for Alliance Ministry, including a Doctrinal Questionnaire. After all documents have been submitted to CMA district leadership, an accreditation interview will be scheduled to determine eligibility for licensing as an official worker.
